Our hub is built on kindness, patience, and understanding.
We are a small, community‑led Autism & Dementia Hub based in Oldham, proudly supporting families across Oldham, Rochdale, and surrounding areas.
Our hub was created to offer a calm, friendly, and understanding space for autistic individuals, people living with dementia, and the families who care for them.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, listened to, and valued.
🟦 Our Story
Our hub began with a simple purpose: to create a welcoming place where people can find support without pressure or judgement.
Many families told us they needed somewhere peaceful — somewhere that understands autism, dementia, and the challenges carers face every day.
From this need, our hub was born.
We are not a large organisation. We are a small, dedicated team focused on making a real difference through everyday support, meaningful activities, and genuine care.
🟦 Our Values
Our work is guided by four core values:
Kindness — We treat every person with patience, respect, and compassion.
Inclusion — We welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Understanding — We recognise that every journey is different.
Community — We believe support is strongest when people come together.
These values shape everything we do.
